Refund Policy
At HeadshotBooth.ai, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While most of our customers love their AI headshots, we understand that there might be times when the photos don't quite capture your likeness. We guarantee at least one headshot you'll love per outfit. When you're not satisfied at least one headshot, we're committed to offering a full refund.
Given the digital nature of our product, we've put several policies in place to prevent abuse and ensure fairness. These measures help us maintain the high-quality service our customers expect and deserve.
Refund guidelines
We may not be able to issue a refund in the following scenarios:
- Not following our photo upload instructions - The quality of your AI photos is directly correlated to the quality of the photos you upload. If you don't follow our guidelines, we can't guarantee the quality of your AI headshots.
- Timeframe - Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Removing the watermark - When users are first presented with their headshot results, the images are watermarked. From there users can choose to view unwatermarked versions and download them. Once a user opts to remove watermarks or download any images, they are no longer eligible for a refund. This policy ensures the integrity of our service and prevents misuse.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days. However, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
